- Dr. nicholls is a graduate of Central Washington University. He received his Doctor of Ostheopathic Medicine degree from Kirksville College of Ostheopathic Medicine, Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his Othopaedic Surgery residency at Dallas/Fort Worth Medical center, Grand Prairie, Texas.
